Stephen Scarlata is the writer & one of the producers of a film about Chilean Acid Western master, Alejandro Jodorowsky. The doc focuses on the story of Jodorowsky’s attempts to film Frank Herbert‘s novel Dune in 1970′s, one of cinema’s great ”films that never were.” The production was recently announced at the Cannes International Film Festival. Frank Pavich (N.Y.H.C.) is the director. Snowfort Pictures, Camera One of France and Koch Media of Germany are the producing entities.
